Silva Care offer flexibility across our staff teams including full and part time hours contracts throughout the company. All team members are paid to attend our in-house training which gives them the skills and knowledge to do their jobs, and covers areas such as Autism, Safeguarding, First Aid, Manual Handling, Medication and so much more.
