Caring Comes 1st is a family-run company, focused completely on the needs of the people we care for. Our management team has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. They have all been care assistants themselves and so have a deep understanding of what people need and want from our service.
Our range of domiciliary care options is designed to offer a wide variety of services to help elderly or disabled people live in their own homes. It can range from occasional help, through daily visits, to full 24-hour live-in care.
All Caring Comes 1st staff undergo extensive training. Many of our team members hold a Diploma in Heath & Social Care 2 or 3, or are working towards qualifying. All are experienced in the care they provide. All our staff have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, the standard regulation to help prevent unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups.
We’re based in Kingswood, Bristol, and our services cover South Gloucestershire, East Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, and the surrounding areas
