Odan Healthcare Agency is a domiciliary care service set up to provide care for people in the comfort of their own homes. We aim to provide the support that people need to meet their day to day needs and to be able to make a difference.
Our service users are families who need support with looking after adults with complex care needs, genetic birth disorders, challenging behaviour and who may also have a combination of other needs. Our primary purpose is to provide personal care and support and to bring comfort to service users and their families.
At Odan HealthCare Agency, we pride ourselves in the delivery of excellent person-centred service tailored to the needs of our Service Users. To achieve this, we have identified our Affiliates as the focal point in our service delivery perfection. In line with this, we are committed to providing staff with the best possible on-going training, support, and supervision in collaboration with our training partners and providers. We have put together a comprehensive package for all our Affiliates to help them develop and gain in depth knowledge in their various areas of expertise whilst gaining additional knowledge to provide compassionate safe and highest quality care and support.
