Gracefields Nursing Home
Gracefields is a purpose built home in Downend, named after its neighbour, former captain Mr. W. G. Grace of the England Cricket Team. The home occupies a prime position in Downend giving it excellent access to local shops, cafes and transport links. The home offers a flexible approach to daily living, alongside personalised care that safeguards each Resident’s health and well-being. This happy and stimulating household provides the highest possible standards of care, and is comprised of a general nursing wing and also a dementia nursing wing.
The Marylebone Wing; consists of 27 rooms and is for our residents requiring General Nursing Care.
The Lords Wing; consists of 23 rooms and is for our residents requiring Dementia Nursing Care.
